By Arcel:The first time I saw Dakota Blue Richards was only on a movie known as "The Golden Compass". I watched the film last december 2007. That's the start of how I became one of her fans. Then I dont know things about websites, fansites whatever they call it!. I usually edit my friendster. I also created the Dakota Blue Fan Club on friendster, which I cannot open because I forgot the email. How sad it was then - I keep on reading articles about her. Then I saw Dakota Blue Resource, and found out it was her first fan site, then I met Fanya, who created a fan site, and I wanted to create a site too.
On October 11 2008 I created my site only on freewebs. The title was Lovely Dakota Blue. Then I started on updating it and updating it, until many fans used to visit it. But then there is something wrong and I dont know what is it! Usually I want my site just like Dakota Blue Resource, then December came and I found out that all fans site are built up with html and css, and not only that, xhtml and the main Java script, and the hardest was java script. I studied html for my site to grow. On January 09 I look for a host which can host my site ..ahh it wass too hard to look for them then. On freewebs you can make your site into html mode so i used that to do it. On feb 09 my site was in html mode. But the gallery had big problems. On April I met Applefruit - I now know that his real name is Horace.. He told me to sign up on 000space - no advertisement and could have coppermine ..I'm not really familiar to use the site, thats why i look for my co-web to help me, then i found Celin and she started to help me. Now as you can see that site we worked hard for is done. Also Applefruit joined the staff and he the new webmaster on site who can take my place when I'm too busy with things at school. And recently the site moved to Fanhosting. but Fanhosting only gives 1024mb and the site always exceeded itslimit bandwidth and we decided to moved on a new host fan-sitez.com
